80 Weeks. Electrical installations 1st and 2nd Fix 191no Apartments. Full Testing and NICEIC Certification. Shell and Core Phase 2 Basement Building 3, 4 and 5. Installations of Primary Containment and electrical Installations including Conduit, wiring, Distribution and Submains throughout area. Full Testing and NICEIC Certification.
Cyxtera Data Centre
Upgrade of Existing Data Hall.
Supply and Electrical installation 2 New Switch rooms, Data Hall, and External areas. Strip out of existing Services fixture and fittings. Complete Electrical installations & testing of 2 New Power Streams consisting of LV Switchgear, Static UPS’s, Static Transfer Switches, PDUs , CRAH Units and Small power and Lighting.

Shell and Core Works Blocks A&B.
Full Electrical Installations Including Containment and Testing Block A Ground Floor to Level 25 including Risers and Roof. Full Electrical Installations Including Containment and Testing. Block B Ground Floor through to Level 22 including Risers and Roof.
Bolney Data Centre
Full electrical installation.
Cat A Fit out consisting of a front of house office, reception areas and offices on the ground floor. First floor offices and open plan working area including all high-level service bracketry, primary containment, secondary containment, small power and installation of full lighting control systems. Testing and commissioning of all electrical services.
Tesco Customer EV
Pod Point EV Installation.
Installation of new Pod Point EV chargers serving the customers within Tescos car parks. These consisted of type C and Type D installations. Civils work was carried out by Dods on these projects as well as Electrical. This roll out was running from June 2022-Feb 2023.

Installation of EV Chargers.
Installation of EV chargers at numerous showrooms around the UK. This roll out consisted of full electrical and civils installation. This roll out run from June 2021- Present.

Installation of EV chargers at numerous showrooms around the UK. This roll out consisted of Full electrical and Civils installation. This roll out run from Feb 2022- Present.
Tesco Enfield CFC
155 EO EV Chargers.
Installation of 155 new EO EV chargers for Tescos new fleet of electric vans. This consisted of new package plant rooms serving various distribution boards and feeder pillars for the EV chargers. This was a fast and effective project from September 2021- June 2023.
